How does purchasing a property from your site work?
We try to make the land buying process as simple as possible. Here are the steps:
Simply hit the yellow “Reserve Now” button.
Fill in your information and pressed submit.
We will be notified and the contract creation process will start.
You will receive a link to fill out a brief personal information form necessary for creating the contract.
Once the contract documents have been created, they will be sent to you via DocUsign to review and sign.
At this point we will forward your contract to local real estate attorney who will handle all of the paperwork. If you would like to use your own real estate attorney, that's fine too.
Most of our properties are listed with a local real estate agent. Please feel free to reach out to us or the real estate agent with any questions. If you have your own agent, that's fine as well.

Why are your properties so cheap?
I love this question 🙂 Our whole mission is to search far and wide across the country to find the absolute best undervalued land deals possible! And we’re good at it! Doing this allows us to pass all those savings onto our clients. If we can’t get you a good deal, we won’t buy the land.
There are no hidden fees. We do everything we can to make purchasing our land affordable. When selling real estate, there are costs required to ensure ownership is transferred properly. Any and all fees associated with the purchase of our land will be disclosed and detailed in writing. The real estate attorney will manage the details of all fees. Common buyer fees include: real estate attorney fees, title insurance if desired, tax proration, and if seller financing is involved- preparation of the promissory note and mortgage. It is also possible that we can pay these fees on your behalf.
We guarantee that all of our real estate conveyances are done according to local and state laws! We do not self-close on real estate transactions unlike many selling land these days. All of our land is purchased and sold with title insurance- free of liens and encumbrances.
We use a real estate attorney to close our transactions which significantly reduces the chance for errors. When we seller finance, we convey the deed to you- you give us a note and deed of trust for the balance. Closing documents dictate all terms and conditions and are prepared by an attorney.
